Glasnost Gone

Today’s OSCE report contains a list of Russian tanks, surface-to-air missile systems, artillery and Grad rocket systems seen in Luhansk city. Difficult to say whether they are moving up to the front line, withdrawing, or have always been there and the OSCE just got lucky in seeing them.

In addition, it wont come as any surprise to learn, the OSCE were again stopped from viewing the unloading of Russia’s latest “humanitarian” (AMMO) aid convoy. Odd really, as Russia keeps telling us they’re delivering nothing more lethal than baby food. Equally, it wont surprise you to learn, Russia again sent ambulances with the convoy to help evacuate its wounded soldiers.
