To Inform is to Influence

A noted expert and I have been having a rather focused conversation on this very issue.

This morning I became so concerned that I shared my concerns with an open source intelligence effort.

We see signs of pending systemic failure in Russia. We see the desperation in some actions. We see limited options and the bear appears to be backed into a corner. We know conditions inside Russia are the worst in decades, some say worse than during the Cold War. The economy in Russia is in a shambles and there appears to be no rational hope for recovery without a total capitulation and reversal of course.
